The indoor games room is filled with varied options like Chess, Carrom and Table Tennis! Our children visit this room often, when it is pouring outside or they are just in for a quick game with a friend!
Swimming
Studies suggest that Swimming gives a boost to both mental and physical development. So, we at our campus have fun-filled swimming lessons where friendships also flourish!
Archery
With stellar health benefits that it offers, archery has found a place within our nonacademic offerings. This sport also aids students pick soft skills like better confidence and sportsmanship. This fun sport can become a lifelong pick too for our children, if they choose to!
Basketball
Basketball at our campus is not only an extracurricular activity, but it aids overall learning too. Basketball players are better at hand-eye coordination, teamwork and agility.
Skating
Children come in with a lot of energy and skating is a perfect sport to use it up productively. It aids balance and coordination, builds self esteem and helps them stay fit & alert.
Zumba
For Children who love to move we offer them Zumba as a dance form in our cocurricular module. At their Zumba lessons they not only make new buddies but also develop their imagination and creativity.
Yoga
Yoga is not just for adults! It can give important life skills to help them succeed in the world. Yoga aids children in multidimensional ways: It increases their body awareness, enhances their concentration & memory, helps them to manage their emotions &anxiety and reduces impulsivity too.
Kalari Adimurai
Martial arts has so much to offer! We at NLA offer Kalari Adimurai, the ancient martial art from Tamil Nadu. Apart from learning apt self defense this sport is a productive outlet for their energy. It helps them build a right posture and makes them strong yet flexible.
Badminton
Badminton is a safe and low impact game, and thus becomes a choice for our children who want to choose a light sport. This choice helps them improve their motor skills, memory and build mental resilience with improved strategic thinking. Children who pick rackets here, also end up playing it as a family game when they get home!
